Vomiting and diarrhoea occur within fifteen minutes of intake. Also, given that the seeds have an enjoyable taste, there is a possibility of a greater influence on the health of children, "Srinivas warned about the evergreen tropical plant with thin stems.Thirteen members of Banjara (nomadic) community who were hospitalised at Kollegal talukmedical facility in Chamarajanagar were discharged in a day.
